An itinerary devoted to the most authentic side of Salento’s winemaking tradition, with visits to three wineries and tastings of their most representative wines.
The journey takes in Monteroni, Salice Salentino and Manduria, emblematic areas of Puglian winemaking with deep ties to the culture of Negroamaro and Primitivo.
An experience for those who wish to discover wine not only through tasting, but also through the stories of the families, wineries and places that have safeguarded the local winemaking tradition for generations.

Monteroni – Salice Salentino – Manduria
Depart in the morning to discover three wineries that are representative of Salento’s wine production.
During the visits, you will have the opportunity to explore the wineries, learn more about their production techniques and taste three selected wines at each estate.
The route offers an authentic insight into the region, bringing together rural traditions, native grape varieties and Puglia’s renowned wine appellations.

Between winery visits, lunch will be served at a selected winery.
