The Customer receives the vehicle in perfect condition, clean and complete with all standard accessories and any additional accessories specified in the rental agreement.
The fuel level at the time of return must match the level at delivery; any missing fuel will be charged, along with a surcharge for failure to refuel.
The vehicle is equipped with all legally required documentation and valid insurance policies. The Customer is responsible for safeguarding both the vehicle and its documents.
By signing the contract, the Customer confirms that the vehicle:

In the event of a breakdown or malfunction, the Customer must immediately stop using the vehicle.
Roadside Assistance:
The rental period runs from the time of collection until the date specified in the rental agreement.

The vehicle must be returned clean. Failure to do so will result in a penalty of up to €35.00.
In the event of non-return without any communication of extension, the Lessor may terminate the contract and request immediate return of the vehicle, including via formal notice (PEC, email or registered letter). After 7 days, a report for misappropriation may be filed.
