Scooter Rental Terms & Conditions

Vehicle Use Conditions
  • 125 cc scooter: category B driving licence
  • 150 / 200 / 250 / 300 cc scooter: A2 licence (up to 35 kW) or a driving licence obtained before 1988

Rental requires a valid credit card as security, with an expiry date of no less than 6 months from the rental start date. Alternatively, a cash deposit of €100.00 is accepted.

Fuel is not included in the rental rate. The scooter is delivered with a specific fuel level and must be returned with the same level of fuel.

Insurance, Safety and Claims

The scooter is covered by a TPL policy (Third Party Liability – covering third parties, animals, property and carried passengers).

  • Personal accident insurance for the rider: available upon request at an additional charge
  • Comprehensive/collision coverage (Casco): not available

In the event of theft, fire or vandalism, a fixed excess applies:

  • Up to €750.00 – 125 cc / 200 cc scooters
  • Up to €1,250.00 – 300 cc scooters

Claim handling fee: €500.00

  • 09:00–20:00: free of charge within 10 km from the rental location; chargeable beyond 10 km
  • 20:00–09:00: no assistance available

Every scooter is delivered complete with:

  • vehicle registration and insurance documents
  • anti-theft lock
  • 2 helmets
