An itinerary designed to discover Terra d’Otranto Negroamaro in its place of origin, combining wine culture with the beauty of Salento’s landscapes.
The route winds through Terra d’Otranto, among vineyards, countryside and selected wineries, offering a complete perspective on the relationship between grape variety, landscape and tradition.
The tastings are complemented by a food experience in the vineyard, while the tour can also include a short visit to Otranto or Galatina, allowing part of the day to be devoted to Salento’s historical and cultural heritage.

Terra d’Otranto
Depart in the morning for an itinerary devoted to Negroamaro and its deep connection with the land.
The itinerary includes visits and tastings at three wineries, with a selection of three wines at each stop.
The experience offers the opportunity to explore different interpretations of the same terroir, discovering the work of the producers, the characteristics of the grape variety and the influence of the Mediterranean climate on winemaking.
Lunch in the vineyard
Lunch is served in the heart of the rural landscape, directly among the vines.
A tasting menu with paired wines creates an authentic experience, surrounded by vineyards and the colours of the Salento countryside.
During the day, it is also possible to include a short visit to Otranto or Galatina, completing the itinerary with time dedicated to the region’s art, history and cultural identity.
