Tour overview
An exclusive itinerary designed to showcase some of Salento’s finest expressions of winemaking, with visits to three wineries and tastings of their most representative wines.
The route crosses areas particularly renowned for the production of Salento’s leading DOC wines, with stops in San Donaci, Salice Salentino and Manduria to discover the grape varieties and appellations that have helped make Puglian wine famous.
The experience concludes with an elegant gourmet dinner at a winery, where a carefully curated menu is paired with a selection of wines, bringing the day to a close with the very best of the region’s food and wine.

San Donaci – Salice Salentino – Manduria
In the afternoon, set off to discover three leading wineries in the Salento area.
At each stop, you will learn about the winery’s history, production methods and the characteristics of native grape varieties, accompanied by a tasting of three selected wines at each winery.
The itinerary offers an insight into some of Puglia’s most representative appellations, travelling through areas historically associated with Negroamaro, Primitivo and Salento’s great red wines.
Dinner at the winery
The day concludes with a gourmet dinner at a prestigious winery with its own kitchen.
Each course is paired with a carefully selected wine, completing the experience through a meeting of contemporary cuisine and Puglia’s winemaking tradition.
